What Makes Our Training Different

Unlike a gym or bootcamp, our sessions are led by Chartered Physiotherapists — not personal trainers. Every programme is grounded in clinical knowledge and designed specifically for your needs.

You’ll be closely supervised, supported at every stage, and given a structured plan that works for your goals, lifestyle, and medical history.

Two Ways to Train
  • 1-to-1 Physio-Led Strength Training

Work directly with a physio in private sessions tailored entirely to you. Perfect if you want more support, are managing a health condition, or prefer personal guidance.

  • Semi-Private Small Group Sessions

Train in a group of no more than 4 people, with each person following their own plan under the supervision of a physiotherapist. Enjoy motivation, accountability, and structure — all in a supportive, friendly setting.

What to Expect
  • Initial 1-to-1 Assessment
    We begin with a private session to understand your goals, assess your movement and strength, and build your plan.
  • Tailored Strength Programme
    You’ll follow a plan designed around your needs, combining functional movements, resistance work, and core strengthening.
  • Short, Effective Sessions
    Sessions are typically 30 or 60 minutes, making it easier to stay consistent and fit exercise into your routine.
  • Safe, Supportive Environment
    We work from our clinic gym in Tooting Bec – quiet, professional, and welcoming. No mirrors, no music blasting, no pressure.
